nikki.vst does not collect personal data. This page documents what passes through the infrastructure that supports this site, and who holds it.
nikki.vst is a sole trader based in Victoria, Australia, operating nikkivst.com. ABN: 89 644 100 502. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
All transactions are processed by Paddle.com, who act as Merchant of Record and are an independent data controller. Paddle collect and hold your payment details, billing address, email, and transaction records. Their policy governs that data: paddle.com/legal/privacy.
We receive from Paddle only your email address (used to deliver your download link) and an order reference. We do not receive or store payment card details.
Your email address, retained for licence delivery and support. Not added to any marketing list. Order records are kept for seven years for tax compliance, then deleted. Support correspondence is kept for three years.
This site is hosted on Vercel and delivered via Cloudflare. Both may process request metadata such as IP addresses and access logs as part of normal operation. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or behavioural tracking of any kind.
Australian residents have the right to access and correct personal information we hold under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). EU/EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR — erasure, portability, restriction, and the right to object. For purchase data, direct requests to Paddle.
