NIKA is a digital instrument. Once delivered, there is no physical return. Nothing in this policy limits any right you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
If the Software does not function as described, or you were charged but received no download link, contact us at contact@nikkivst.com with your order number. We respond within three business days. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued. Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund for major failures — this policy does not limit that right.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Review the product page and system requirements before purchasing.
